It was 1987. I was in Amsterdam, the Netherlands, with a couple of mates. They had no qualms about visiting the red light district - frequently! One evening curiosity got the better of me, and I strolled along, lusting after some of the women, and getting turned off by some... Then I spotted THE ONE! She was a stunner! She smiled at me, and I stepped into her cubicle. Still smiling she told me what her price was. I paid her and didn't get any change, which sort of set the tone because, when I got on top of her, she complained about the heat and that she was uncomfortable. Well, I did the job and got out of there. The next week I was in London and found a really nice young lady who accompanied me to my hotel. This time it was a GREAT experience - all for the sum of 10 pounds! After that, I would find some company on my travels, with the very best experience ever in Thailand; a gentle, lovely, beautiful woman gave me better insight into the business than I could ever hope for here. Much, much later - in about 1999 - I dipped my toe(!!) into the waters in South Africa with a charming lady called Debbie in the Strand. My visits to ladies of the profession are infrequent, alas. But, I always try to treat them with respect and consideration. Except for two unpleasant experiences (being shaken down for bribes by our finest officers...) I must say that my approach has always been rewarded with the same consideration.
