Nightclubs in JHB / Midrand area

I will be visiting JHB at the end of the month and am a bit rusty with the latest venues. I am looking for good nightclubs where one can socialize and meet girls. The Sandton, Midrand or JHB Airport area are preferred, but Pretoria venues will also do. Anybody having some suggestions or recent experience? Please not Teazers or similar places or venues where girls seldomly (if at all) take time to socialize and to party.

Jim, if u say nightclubs, do u mean places like Billy the Bums, Manhattan etc. or are u referring to stripclubs?

thank you for your response. I will be in JHB from 25 to 30 this month and will thus have ample time to prowl around. I am looking for places for longer enjoyment other than just booking a working girl for an hour or two. A bar with girls in search of company (can be working girls as well) will be great. A good stripclub where one can socialize and have a drink or two will also do fine. Please indicate street address or tel no if possible as I do not know my way around JHB very well.

Hi Jim,
"The Grand" has just opened in Rivonia ( in Rivonia Road ). Its a strip club but you can socialise with the ladies. I would go an a weekday as its generally not as busy and you have the freedom to pick and choose. Unfortunately all the clubs i knew where there had a bar and you could share a few drinks and with a girl before heading to the room have closed down. The only remaining one I know of is called Pammy's Place in Emmarentia but they close at like 11pm and only open week days as far as i know. I can't really tell you what to expect there as it has been a while since i was last there.

What is the story at the Grand? Are there any working girls there? Seems to me its the Ranch without the Raunch!
