Garry you are so right! Except for 1 stunner on this site, I have never met a real beaut, here or elsewhere who was anywhere near as good as I had hoped and paid a packet for.
The test I now employ?
Look into her eyes, they will tell you her story and there isnt anything she can do to hide it.
My requirements? Non I&J girls who momentarily get their minds past the financial factor and focus on the task in hand, theirs in particular!
If I cant see her eyes on ESA, she's a non starter with me. I may probably lose out on some of the best but then if you are one of the best at this and its your chosen field of work she should'nt have a problem revealing her eyes to tell us all what she is actually about.

A girl's soul is in the eyes and of course, if she naughty and nice... A lot of the girls want to have a personal life as well and probably do not want to be recognized, by people who has not visted them. But then there are excellent girls who show there faces.
