HIV test and post exposure medication

Good day all,
Following the thread that was started under a different topic, I was wondering about a few things, and figured that either Sally or or one of the ESA regulars might have the answers...
Firstly, where does one go for a confidential, quick HIV test?
Secondly, if you have a failed condom, where does one go for medication? How long is the course of medication? What is the typical cost? And are there any side-effects to taking the medication?
