Top 10 Post for Each month

Is there any way a page with each month's top ten ladies per region can be published ? In terms of top ten I would like to suggest a method where instead of times the lady's page is visited that she reports on how many clients she's gotten from Escort South Africa advertising...that way the ladies are competing against each other and also subconsciously trying to better her skills and technique

Well sally used to publish the Top 10 ladies who required the most ammount of hits on the site. Unfortuantly she has stopped doing this mainly because i believe that she feels that some of the ladies will get alot more hits then others mainly due to thier looks.
