Hi Joe I am sorry for your experience. I unfortunately had a double booking(which happens sometimes because unless someone is a regular client and makes an appointment which I am certain they will keep I work on a first come first serve policy. I asked for friend to explain to you that I wasn't available and that you could either wait for me or she could help you out..she probably misunderstood me and posed as me...I take my work seriously and treat my clients as king so please do accept my sincerest apologies xoxo
