Wow, this woman is extremely rude on the telephone. I have not had the chance to visit her but from her telephone manner I doubt I will be impressed. Service starts from the time you pick up the phone.

So I decided to give her another try, there was just something about her profile ...this time she wasn't rude so I decided to pop by. Our initial meeting was a bit awkward.
