Called her yesterday evening
Not good telephone skills. Did not have a good conversation. More interested about the private number that I called from.
So did not book an appointment
Maybe it was a bad day.

She was around for ages, worked with nicky all of last year, wish I could remember her old name, no one ever raved about her, so I am guessing probably not that great
