Davi, all suspended means is she didn't pay her ad, so ESA suspended the ad till payment is received. Or it could be that the lady asked ESA to suspend her ad because she's not gonna be working for whatever reason ( going away for a few days or something like that).

Maybe ESA needs to rename it to Offline as Suspended gives the wrong impression.

I agree it gives the wrong impression. Nothing sinister about it. Most of us were suspended at some time or another.
