According to both news reports, the 13yr old advertised on the red and blue sites. It is unclear whether the 11yr old had any ads. The eldest posed in a bikini without showing her face and in the ad, she was described as a 19yr old. It was not the mom who posed in any of the ads.

What we do not know is whether either of the sites asked for proof of ID before running her ad, so it cannot be assumed that a fake ID was provided.

If that's the case then I still can't see how a 13 year old can be confused for a 19 year old by a photographer. I don't believe that make up or anything could have been done to deceive the photographer. He/she probably just turned a blind eye or was payed off by the mom. I don't know how it works but the site might not have known if the pictures were just sent in without a face showing and the age of 19 filled in on the form.

I'd imagine that the website owner/s just collect cash, send photographer and get the ad up. Is there a contract of sorts that's put forward before inception? Sad story nonetheless, my heart goes out to these girls - not even gonna read the other comments on other pages. The current state of affairs and the world we live in is fucking sick

On neither of the two sites mentioned can an advertiser just send in photos to be uploaded.

Like esa they all have either permanently employed photographers (salary) or independent contract photographers ( commission per shoot) that work for them. And only way your pictures get up there is if their pbotographers took the photos.

On both sites you set up appointments through their offices for shoots.( both will tell you to have your id or passport or documentation to show you here legally at hand on day of shoot) On the one site the photograpers dont even call you when they reach your gate the office calls you. Their photographers aint allowed to have telephonc contact with advertisers.
On both sites like esa you get a "reciept/contract" to sign every single time.

The only way that underage kids photos could have gotten up there is if the photographer ignored the fact that she looked way younger or has absolutely no self awareness or social awareness to be able to tell she is younger and if he/she did not check those documents and took what he/she was told as correct. *because mom said so*

The offices would not be able to tell if a petit girl in a bikini not showing face is 13 or 18.. many girls have well developed breast by time they reach 12 and many women in their 20s 30s and 40s and older might have a flat chest and a rocking petit bodies ..how would they be able to tell and how would they know a photographer did not do as he was suppose too. They wont know until something like this happens or someone(a punter or another SP) reports under aged advertisers.

As always evil will find a way to circumvent rules and measures put in place to do their dirty deeds.
