This is definitely a different kind of therapy.. although it rarely includes any kind of sexual activity there are exceptions.


Some people need to be held and cuddled and physically touched in order to get to a point where they can feel sexually aroused and only then can they enter into sexual activities. And therefore they might need a cuddle session to start with.

Peoples reasons for wanting cuddle sessions differ.

The beauty of asking for cuddle sessions here compared to asking it from a non wg therapist is that there is freedom to adapt sessions to take care of both the need for touch/cuddeling and the sexual needs.

The secret though once again is clear communication before entering into sessions. Establish your boundries before hand and your SP will respect that.
