Strange enough that is one thing mother taught methat stuck and to this day even when on request I have to dig in a bag I feel uncomfortable

My normal procedure is to put the cash in an envelope and buy the lady a chocolate.
I hand over the envelope and the chocolate on arrival.
That way the paperwork is out of the way and I have added a token of appreciation.
It works well for me - no awkwardness and seems to be appreciated.

Not sure how one can enjoy a session knowing/suspecting that in the back of her head she's thinking, "I hope this dude is going to pay me in full when the deed is done". Clear the air, put the money down up front and you can both relax.

Exluding venues where you pay upfront before the booking or you gouing to the room, I must say 80% of bookings where ladies ask in the room for the money upfront the service were average or poor, and I wouldnt return for 2nd booking. But then I must also say is only a handfull of ladies ask upfront.
Most of the bookings the ladies dont ask for the money and I pay them after the booking when I bussy get dressing. Never pay short, because I draw the amount agree on, on my way to the booking and put it in separate section in my wallet.
But each one for them self, I never will refuse to pay upfront and understand why some ladies do, especially if you hear its some regulars that pay short.

He was reffering to a "gift bag" that he gave that lady that had a gift in and the money underneath the gift;)
