The saying is true. One mans terrorist is another mans hero. It's amazing how even in her death she still continues to be a thorn in the flesh of the oppressor. That's just shows the power of this amazing woman who spent her life fighting and gave it up just so that today I can be called equal to the oppressor.

I feel pretty neutral, neither elated nor sad at her passing.

Only one thing I have to say, and that is that Winnie does not deserve the title "Mother of the Nation".

That title should rightly go to the late very humble, wise and gratious Albertina Sisulu. The wife of the late gentle giant Walter Sisulu.
