Past week I visited two well know massage venues in Pretoria and both venues offered me towels that were damp not completely dry.
The ladies assured me they were clean just did not have enough time to dry.

It is really off putting

Lets fo a quick calculation here.

6 ladies at a venue. See 5 guys on average for the day. Of those 3session

30 sets of towels for the gents before the session
30 sets after the session for the gents
30 set for the ladies and in some case the ladies join both the before and after session.

90 sets of towels for the day. Could potensially be more. Not sure how many loads of washing and drying it is.

To me it is not an issue if it is damp, as long as it is clean and fresh.

I think the venue owners and ladies will love that but unfortunately not achievable nowadays !!!

I do agree with BOOBS on this.... it is sometimes insane but we will never take towels out of the dryer if they are not completely dry.... part of service :)

Tumble dry is the word for the day

Also hate it.

Or the reuse of blankets which other punters has laid on. Disgusting!

Or giving a gown to the punter - which i doubt has been watched after the previous punter used it.

Tumble drier can only take so many towels.
If the venue has them oil heaters just hang a towel over it. Dries much quicker.


Else punters must bring their own bath towels along, lol

Gots to be grateful for venues and ladies who realy have clean towels on hand. Many simply give a previously used towel (that may or may not be dry) to a punter. That's when I do a Jerry McGuire and air dry.

Must admit, I have recently experienced the damp towel issues too in recent visits.

Another observation was that on arrival, whether I had showered before arriving at the venue or not, I always opt for a shower before my session. I am given a fresh towel (appreciate that they were dry), so before my session I would shower and use this towel, after my session, I always ensure that I shower too but not given a second towel and jave to use the damp towel, now this was not the practice before as I always got two fresh towels, one before and another after.

Possibly, just a cost saving exercise from the Venue perspective, can't blame them, everyone seems to be looking at maximising margins.

I do not visit venues. I prefer girls that work independently. Never had the towel experience, but with the way things are going now. I think every industry is cutting back on costs.
