Punters

* May not promote any individual advertiser or any establishment who does not have a visible active advert at the exact time of the post being made on Escort South Africa forum.
* Punters may not promote themselves eg renting out property, chauffeur services etc. If there is something that you are not sure about, kindly contact the ESA admin office before posting.
This applies to all free members and gold members.
a Visible active advert is an advert that all users free members and gold members can currently see on the live Escort South Africa website.

Advertisers

* May not advertise that they are doing doubles with any party that does not have an active advert on Escort South Africa at the exact time of posting.
* Advertisers may not advertise that they will be doing appointments with a certain individual saying that his/her profile is not yet live but it will be in the near future.
* Advertisers may not advertise that their profile is going off but will still be available for appointments after the advert is no longer live on Escort South Africa.
* Advertisers photo sets - advertisers that advertise doubles as a service with one profile must each have their own individual active profile on Escort South Africa.
If one or both of the individual's profiles expire or gets paused then the double advert will be paused by ESA admin until both advertisers have their individual profiles live again.
* Identical twins, similar looking ladies may not use the same profile to work off, each lady must have her own advert.
We do not accept or allow any bait and switch marketing techniques. If any punter knows of any advertisers that does this, kindly let us know.
Advertiser are not to lure punters with a profile to their premises just to say that he must now go with a different lady to the one that's on the profile. If any punter experience this situation kindly contact the ESA office.
* Advertisers may not use a venue name after their name if the venue does not have an advert on Escort South Africa. ie sandy @ fantasy lane.

Venue, clubs and houses
* Venues, clubs and houses may not promote any ladies who do not at the time of the post have an active advert of Escort South Africa.
* You may not name any lady/ ladies in your venue promotion post that do not have an active advert on Escort South Africa, if the lady does not want to advertise on Escort South Africa she may not be named amongst your available ladies on the forum.
* Venues, clubs and houses may only qualify the number of advertisers at their establishment in their promotional post that they have active on Escort South Africa. For example - You advertise that you have 5 advertisers at your establishment but only 2 have active adverts on Escort South Africa.
* All ladies who are in the photosets of your venue, club or house advert must have their own active profiles on Escort South Africa.
* If there are lady/ladies in the venue, club or house photo set that have paused/expired her profile or have left the venue, club or house then the venue, club or house profile will be paused by ESA admin as Escort South Africa will not be allowing any false advertising on the profiles.
Escort South Africa will not be allowing venues, club or houses to lure punters to their establishments with ladies that are no longer working there, or that is not there at the time.
We will depend on the community to police this policy
The profile will be activated as soon as the advertiser has their advert back on Escort South Africa or in the case where the advertisers have left your establishment and no longer works from there then a new photo set will need to be taken immediately.
If you as a venue owner have a problem with this policy it would be advisable to either have just your most steady/reliable ladies in the venue, club or house photoshoots or only take pictures of the establishment ameanities for the profile, this will prevent the profile from being paused by ESA admin.

Escort South Africa is an advertising and marketing platform.

When individuals freeload it not only takes away from our business and the cost of running this platform but it takes away from our loyal paying clients as the spotlight gets diverted to a non-paying entity which is in no means in the spirit of our business model in getting our paying advertisers the most exposure possible from this platform.

It does not matter how long you have been advertising with Escort South Africa or how many profiles you have on Escort South Africa.
This policy applies to all free members, gold members, advertisers, clubs, house and or house owners.

If this policy is one that you will find difficult to apply or to adhere to, unfortunately, Escort South Africa will not be able to do business with you going into the future.

Excellent rules but how will this work when we have 1 lady with 5 profiles?

Surely this is allowed because it's more business for ESA, but that kinda contradicts some of the rules.

Further, some ladies create one profile, give horrible service, get bad reviews then simply create a new profile and name. There's no way for punters to know.

Something to think about.

You are not being lured with a fake profile just because the advertiser has more than one profile. The profile you are calling for is still the person in the advert.

There are more reasons advertisers close one profile to open a new profiles than what you just mentioned. i.e. they could have had a malicious review on the profile and that is harming their business or they have been spotted by a family member and replacing the advert with a new one.

The fact that a lady has a bad review/reviews and creates a new profile does not make her unworthy of you as a client unless it is a very serious case ESA will not turn the advertisers away.
Please keep in mind that are 3 sides to each story, your version, her version, and the facts.

Escort South Africa does not encourage or discourages multiple profiles, we do not feed these advertisers or pay their bills, they know what they need to do to maximize their exposure to generate better income.

On competing sites ladies almost exclusively require 3 or more profiles to earn, on Escort South Africa it is not required.

If it is that there is no way for you to know as you stated, how is it that you know this is happening?
Clearly you are aware of this so it would then be in your best interest to do your homework on the profile before seeing the advertiser for an appointment.
Punters on a daily basis create more than one username and it's more likely than not just to be malicious with it. This is a 2way street.

You made the decision to punt so it is only fair that you take the risk and the responsibility that comes with it. As previously stated Escort South Africa will help where we can but ultimitly the risk is all yours.

Escort South Africa caters to intelligent sofisticated individuals if you make the wrong decision in choosing who to see it is absolutely 100% on you.
