25th - Private Companies.
30th to 1st - General Public.
A suggestion to SP's to have specials around these dates.
The more specials there are, the more we get to punt.

I've noticed that the ladies are most active month end, perhaps thats the most busiest period.
Well up next is the government and it seems like they dont support much since SPs have nothing much going on around this payday.
