I think some of th3 new members posts are not shown until a reputation on this site is built up. I had the same issue.
After I posted 15 times, then only did all my posts show, even the back dated ones

There is a disclaimer after the submission of a post that points out that new member submissions will be moderated until some credibility is established.

This moderation is indeed warranted as ESA hosts a highly active, lively and engaging forum.

In my experience it has been within 24hrs/48hrs which is reasonable as I'd imagine there is much the support team must wade through prior to approval.

From my own observation though, it seems that the moderated posts appear as per the time they were submitted and not necessarily when they were approved?

This is a bit of downside for new posters considering the hive of activity of the forums as moderated posts may not get those vital few moments of visibility.

On the other hand it is an added benefit for those that have built credibility over time.

I suppose then in this regard the cycle comes full circle and balances itself out over time.

That is not at all the case and all your posts are on the forum, it might not have been on the forum at the exact time of posting due being moderated but they are all there.

You created your profile on 2019-05-23 at 12:52:35 and your 1st post was moderated and on the forum on 2019-05-23 at 13:04:11.

@ShandayMcyanda, that is correct the time of submitting the post for moderation is the time and date stamp you will see on the post.

The reason for this is that should an advertiser post that she is available and the post only gets moderated 9 hours later then you can see the post is not current.

I hope this answers the questions around moderation.
