I dont know how to help seeing as he found out you were going to work from there.

This is STILL a Criminal act viewed as a major taboo by the Real world.

When i travel No one that I rent from knows what im doing.

He obviousky feels that because you are a wg and this is a crime then he can do what he wants to you.

If his establishment is a registered one with the tourism board and the guesthouse assoc, you can try and report him for not refunding you.

Babe you have to be discreet when travelling. We are more often than not very unwelcome at these establishments because they are scared that as prostitutes we are going to cause damage, bring problems, party like rock stars and commit other criminal acts and bring ithers onto their properties who may act in a criminal way.

Travel Undercover Not openly as a wg.

I hope you can find a way to get your money back but its unlikely you will.

Good Luck Sister

You CAN open a case via the small claims ciurt. You WILL need a representative from either SWEAT or the Womens Justice Center at your side And it needs to be done in the relevant jurisdiction ie durban.

You CAN go to the cops to open a case of theft BUT do NOT EVEN TRY WITHOUT SWEAT AT YOUR SIDE as the cops wont help you by yourself. And agsin it would have to be in the relevant jurisdiction.

You will have to FIGHT for your Rights in this. It will NOT come easy.

Good luck

Try to barter and bang... Ask for a lawyer who's willing to help in return for your services... That's what I would've done...

Lay a charge at police station but you may have to do that in Durban
