Help me see this as a positive thing please

This morning, around 10ish, I'm outside, only to hear my neighbour & his girlfriend in the shower ( townhouses are close to each other ) whereby she reached the high peaks of the Himalayan mountains... twice !!
And I'm here hanging my weekly washing.
Please help turn this experience into a positive one.

This reminds me of an apartment complex is stayed in in the early 2000's. I had friends over for the weekend and one of them said she could barely sleep because she heard a lady crying downstairs in the wee hours of the morning. I just chuckled because I knew what she heard. In short, the lady's husband worked overseas and I'd find out on random nights that he was in town because they'd tear the house down.
