I can't comment on venue cleanliness as I've always booked an outcall. I've been a regular for 5 years+ and have never been disappointed. As with anyone if you act like a prick you'll get treated like one! Maybe she has been a little too tough with some of the previous reviewers but after all they should have expected that, after all that's what they were paying for. Maybe they need to go back to a vanilla experience and find someone a little more docile.
