Maybe you just didn't get them turned on. I know I sound harsh but facts is facts. If one was dry, I'd say ja, ok. But 3 is a bit much. There is a bit of natural lubrication but if you do things wrong any woman, wg or not, will go dry.
Yes, you are there for your satisfaction and not necessarily the lady's. But if thats the thinking then it stands to reason that the lady might need some lube if you don't do it for her.
I never had issues with dryness, but I will instantly dry up if the guy wasn't doing things the way my body needs and at my age I know what my body likes and doesn't like.

I have experienced some ladies that don't do the silicone lube coz they allergic so I have not tried that yet

Yuck no! Silicon based lubes get all stringy and sticky and horrible after a while. Water and glycerin based lubes like Maximus (American brand) are the best by far. They don't absorb into toys easily and they are dead easy to wash off after.
