I have no problem at all if a girl offers certain services or not. ie. Kissing or oral........My problem is the deception when making a booking, these exclusions are conveniently not mentioned. Only when you are in the room and the money is handed over, do they mention the "do's an don'ts "

Its been my experience at HOE that if asked directly the girls will tell you what they allow and do not allow. Don't assume (as i too have done before). I have not been with Rio yet, but a double with her and Miley is deffinately on the cards. I will obviously first confirm regarding oral and other restrictions.
