could mean many things...to the lady...generally we punters should respect the WG's ROAR policies- free market system. I have found most to imply 'white punters only'
Maybe the WG's stating ROAR should come on and comment if their ROAR policies are anything different.

Right of admission reserve is only there for the girls regular white clients. Like lebaropa said if you willing to pay her R3000 or visit you at a 5 star hotel then it means nothing.

Most of us have a ROAR policy and it means different things to different people.....usually it means DEF no blacks. Others may or may not be welcome.
