You might be banned for doing as much stupid and inappropriate thing as he did.
He has no consideration for your time and you have fockol consideration for his privacy and what can happen to him if his wife or boss or children Google his number and see this.
You might have lose and appointment.
He can easily lose his entire life because of your silliness.

I quite surprised by this. I would think it is part of the business that there will be some no shows.

I've never done it but I can imagine making an appointment and then the wife walks in early as you about to leave or the school calling for an emergency or the boss comes in with a crisis and sits down with you until it's resolved or something similar.

If a client doesn't pitch up for an appointment I just save his number under no show and if he calls again I give one more chance in case he had an emergency or something. If he doesn't pitch up again then I just block his number.

You will every now and then get clients that make appointments and don't pitch up... Lots of wankers so it will happen again.

If you really have to rather put his number on the PVT forum. Its not fair to put it on the public forum... Its exaxtly the same as the client posting something personal about us on the public forum.. And we wouldn't want that.
