I have been looking at the current Top 10 ladies. As an over 40 punter I am more drawn to mature ladies and ladies over 30 years. Interesting to see that 8 of the 10 top ladies is 30 years and older, whilst 5 out the 10 ladies is above 35 years. Nice bucket list for me. Is it because ladies over 30 years have more experience and knows want punters want?

If you look at the top 20 of the all time top 100, the same scenario can be seen and this does not change quite regularly.

So when does the count down starts? I do think its the service you give and a (name)you make in this industry that makes you get into the top 20. It takes allot to stay there on th top 100, what about even moving up to the top 10. Well done to every lady that provides a good service and keeping our gentleman happy! You go my girls lol!!!!

I fully agree Meg. I applaud on the ladies for providing great service and keep us happy. It takes a lot of hard work to get in the top 20 which is not easy. Well done.

Totally agree about effort and consistency to remain in the top 100 list. I'm also glad theirs two kinda new wgs that I met that are regularly in the top 10 and improving by the day.

The top 10 that we all see is only for the month, should start on the 1st and then end on last day of the month. Have seen a few times where the reset of count for the month has been late.

What you must take into consideration when looking at the top 10 / top 100 is that it is only gold members that can contribute to that rating. That may skew the picture somewhat as there are a large number (if not the majority) of punters that are just ordinary members. Would be interesting to hear from ESA on the ratio between gold and ordinary.

The top 5 girls on the to 100 have never change since I joined, but there are a few new girls that have joined since that are flying through the list towards the top 20. I have notice a lady gaining about 30 odd places in less than 2 months. A girl needs a rating in excess of 215 to be an the all time top 10 and roughly about 175 to be in the top 20. The number 1 lady has got more than 700 odd and about 200 points clear of the 2nd place lady.

But as Meg has mentioned, it does take time, and a constantly excellent service not just to gold members (although only their vote count) to stay on the list, and well done to all the ladies out there that do achieved that.

Sjoe, I don't think ill eva get to the 700 points. But then again some of us do get our points (for real) and not having make up a fake profile to add to THAT points. There was (is) warnings (from Esa) about the ladies that does create a fake profile and add points to there profile for giving good service but they all will be caught out at the end off the day. Just wish they deducted that points when they where caught out! Now that I believe is S###!, rather work for your points then lie about it. Never under estimate yourself, at the rate of the last few months it won't take you that long to get to 700. I do know you have reduced working hours but even that did not stop the excellent ratings from accumulating.

I agree with you, to have a fake profile to try and gain in popularity is absolutely wrong, but then to go one step further and have a paying fake profile (gold member) to improve your standings on the top 10 /100 that is stupid. My guess is that about 30% of punters are gold members, and the top 100 is only privy to them.

The top 10 in a month is more assessable to manipulation but the top 20 in the top 100 is very accurate of a great service. I can attest to most of those ladies over the years!

If a newbie ever wants to get started, now there is the list to work through!
