How do I handle this situation. If it was you.
I have a rule that all clients need to book a day or 2 in advance or at least early the morning there of. My reason for this is that I do get quite busy.
However I do understand that not everyone can book a day or 2 in advance or even early the morning before 10 or 11. Therefore if I am not busy or can see someone at short notice I will. However one needs to keep in mind that I cannot and will not guarantee Availability on short notice appointments therefore it is a Gamble to book short notice. This rule applies to all existing and new clientele.
Before I went a away I had a regular trying to book short notice appointments on a few occasions and I was unable to see him.
I informed him I was going away for a bit so he will have to book early as I was booked up.
Whilst I was away the gentleman called me on my personal phone which a few of my clients have I explained that I was away and not taking applications. I even advised him to book another lady and made a few recommendations. (He's not interested cause I'm the only lady he sees. Even when booking a double he books through me)
Last week while I was in PTA he called again I told him I'm in PTA so either he can come visit in PTA he could not (I understand)
Yesterday I changed my plans for Edenvale suddenly due to personal reasons.
He calls he needs to see me now. I explain to him that I am not available until today. He's more than welcome to book a appointment for today.
Suddenly he starts throwing a hissy fit. I don't want to see him I always have stories every time he wants to book a session.
So I explain to him why bookings upfront is essential yet again. Leaving him the option to book the first appointment today. Guess what he doesn't.
This morning he calls. He wants to come now I must make a plan.
I explain to him I'm not yet at the apparent. I can see him in the afternoon. He then says I owe him a free treatment.
By now I don't now what to do and am tempted to tell him to go take a dive (not a muff dive) but remain patient. I tell him that he should come once I'm at the apartment and settled I'll give him a extension on his booking time.
He agrees says he will call back to make another appointment.
This afternoon he calls again he can be here in 30 mins hea leaving Sandton now.
With Murphy running around this guy. Guess what in 10 mins I'm going into a BadBoy treatment.
This guy is not only peed off and impatient. He now also has the idea in his upper head that I do not want to see him and I'm making up excuses to not see him instead of telling him to find another lady.
What do I do since this guys has the wrong impression. I feel really bad since he is not only a awesome person but a good client.

Miss A :)

If you feel so bad for him then keep an entire day reserved for him and give him the bill. If he so badly wants to be with you, he must pay your price. Win win ....

@ Tanya thanks I agree besides if it's good for one it's good for all. Lol I wonder how he would react to such a suggestion. But I wouldn't be comfortable with such a arrangement. I don't want to commit to something like that. Like you said I too have a life and as amazing as some of the people hear in the purple see are as much as I love my job climaxes making guys come with intensity never before felt. As much as I love the money and the kind gesture of gifts and tips. My life is my kids and they take priority above all. What if he tells me he wants to see me when my favorite clients will be visiting or wait a while night once or twice a week. Sorry I don't think I'm the kind of lady that could be tied down by one person. That is if he can afford it or is prepared to do it. Besides I can't discuss finances with a client reg or not if it's not about treatment fees. If I cannot reach a conclusion on how to deal with this guy I am seriously considering telling him to look for another regular ladie as I don't need to coliur more grey hairs than I already have.
@ CaTch21. Nice Idea however the nature of this guys business does not allowed for a day with me :(

Ok so heres a suggestion that might teach/coach him Long the right track. Why dont you make a point of whats apping him every 2nd or 3rd day in the morning before your day gets filled up and asking him if he wants to make an appointment for the afternoon and give him the available times. A non response means hes not coming through and you book someone else in his place. He cant accuse you of trying to avoid him and secondly you are doing the reasonable thing and helping him change his behaviour.

Thanks Yankee. I could try except that goes against my rule do not contact a client unless he contacts you first.
I am not comfortable renaging on my own set of rules which are in place for a reason.
I'm sure many punters could relate to not wanting sp's to contact them unless of course they contact the SP first for whatever reasons they may have.

Sometimes rules are made to be broken...not for everyone mind you and not for long but for the greater good if you know what I mean.....not saying you deviate for good just until you have helped this guy back on track and done all you can to help him see the light. If hes too slow to get it after this...well then as they say...as jy dom is moet jy kak.
