I am not usually one to complain however I paid this service provider for content over 1 week ago and am still waiting for access to what I paid for. I even paid via an instant payment, which had worked previously, but understood the SP's T&Cs were to allow for two days for the amount to reflect in the bank account so wasn't immediately concerned. Following this time period I followed up with a message, including a POP, to the contact details supplied but have only had radio silence to this message and another message to an alternative contact.
Previously the content has been available within hours of payment and I have been very satisfied with what I was able to see. But to be ignored after following all payment instructions has left me most unhappy and with the feeling that the SP is a bit rude and possibly a little complacent with honoring arrangements. The continued silence after more than one week has left me no choice but to name and shame this SP:
