There needs to be some kind of cooling. Preferably an air con but a fan is fine, just something to keep the sweat at bay. Even if the room doesn't feel hot, being right up against someone makes you hotter than you otherwise would be. Without some cooling I will very quickly start dripping sweat from my chin down on you.
