I recently (yesterday) pulled my back and to say the leather it is properly hurt.

I am seeking a MG that knows how to get my lower back re aligned as currently it pulls into my right leg...

Please DM me rates.

A good tug and blow will also be appreciated... ;)

Try Thai massage venues. There are some (listed on ESA) that are in Edenvale, Sandton etc

See a physio doll. I had thai massage in thailand i was in agony two days, but some can be more gentle i guess. i ha a guy that i requested, fuck me in a bucket, i had to tell him to STOP talk about pull and stretch this was far too heavy handed for me. I guess some people may enjoy it, i aint big person and a massage like this would suit a fatter and bigger person. s

I agree with Sylvia. Go see a physio as you don't know what has happened to you and an MG might cause more damage unless she is a qualified physio as well.

Go see the MG after to spoil yourself.

Thai massage is not a medical solution nor aims to attend to physical disabilities.

I may not be in Pretoria but I would love to be of assistance.

From understanding the issue to warming up and stretching the muscle /s gently, to attending to the ripple effect of affected muscles due to "injury".

Alignment through attending to the muscles affected ....due to positioning one's body seeking relief and more comfortable position...bad posture.

. .and thus to attend to the glutes, adductors , hamstring and quad.

It ain't the pain we shall work on

BUT

The problem.

Looking fwd to hopefully being of assistance to you and many others.

RB.

I offer a Thai massage and while stretching releases muscle tension. I would have to say it's not the solution perhaps try my remedial sports massage I do also do muscle manipulation and spinal realignment and if there is a slightly compressed nerve then I can release fully compressed nerves I don't touch.
