Right now there are a few points of congestion in Pta according to Google Maps. Think they are marching to the Union Buildings from Marabastad. But I could be less informed than I should be about this :)

Seems getting from the R21 North onto N1 North is red, until around Rigel. But that could be normal traffic - that part sucks. Other than that I only see "normal" orange splashes here and there in the East. At least according to Google. Groot plesier :)
