Today marks one month until my 40th birthday.

To start celebrations early, I will be giving R150 off my 60 min FH session from 09:15-10:15 (the time I was born) every weekday until 29 May.

I will also continue my current excellent value for money "All-day" date until 28 May, from 10:00-16:00 for only R4000 (the venue, snacks and drink are for your pocket).

Here's to the last 31 days in my 30s!!!
