I don't know much about smoking addiction, but i have friends and clients who tried to stop but ended up relapsing.

But from my profession of work when i say profession work,i am talking about my 9am to 5pm job hehehehe.its not easy to quit.Especially if you have an addiction personality,i am one of those people with an addiction personality.

So i don't blame you for relapsing,my advice will be find another thing that will make you happy. But you must not hurt it,And take it from there..

I have been addicted to energy drinks, because i had busy schedules.i would drink more than 10 cans a day

When i joined the industry, started drinking sweet wine .And had my first dry red wine with one of the best client,i got hooked for years.

But i recently stopped liking it,because that joy is gone:)

My advice for you,go see a therapist that deals with addiction personality:)there will to put you on treatment for such,i can give you the name of the pill on private. But you will still a need doctor's prescription though...

Try a vape, and slowly cut down the nicotine content until you get to zero.

Good luck, it's a tough one to kick xxx

All wrong advice. I smoked for 16 years. I read a book by Allan Carr. You can download it on e-books for like R80. Just read the book. As stupid as it sounds.

I gave up smoking 6 years ago and not once felt the need to smoke again.

There is no such thing as wrong advice, trust me i have met patience who had stopped smoking, and doing drugs for like 20 years but they still relapsed at some point

I wish I had answers for you.
I naturally stopped smoking cigarettes because I just don't enjoy them anymore, not because I felt the need to.
Please don't force yourself to quit, we all need a little assistance to get through life. We're all going to die, so make things as comfortable as possible while you're here.

Same. I used to smoke more as a habit between meetings than an addiction

Once my routine changed I just didn't buy a pack and never craved it but I'm the same with alcohol also

Lucky I guess

Advice for the OP is that book my Carr. It's helped many
