Agreed. Desperation on both sides of the fence. Like the green grocer needing to sell tomatoes @ R2 each to make a profit but the shopper only has R1.50 in his pocket. In the end the tomatoes go rotten and both go hungry.

I know the feeling.
With my Birthday being this month, during the last week before payday, and the worst day being a Monday... it's not cool at all.

Perhaps one or two WGs will be willing to offer you a pro bono service on your B-Day? Payment to follow end of the month?

In my early punting days I knew a lady in the south of JHB who extended credit to some of her regulars. Built on a trust relationship - Pomp now Pay later. That was in the time when we relied on the the Personal column in the classifieds to find ladies.
