So to the 2 gentleman that made appointments today well knowing I don't work on sundays....
I went out off my way to get myself ready and not making any other plans but to spoil you on this lovely Sunday.

Yes I did leave you both a msg after you made the bookings for today.

Where is the decency where it comes to letting someone know you can't make it or don't even reply on a msg?

Clients expect us to set ourselves available (on my only day off) but don't pitch?
And this from regular clients?
It seems like this is becoming a normal thing to do with some regular clients...

Sorry gentleman but I won't work on a Sunday again unless I travel or am on my way back from a travel booking.

2 gentleman just made me decide that it's not worth giving up my only off day (to spend with family or do what I usually do)
I'm really disappointed to say the least.

Meg, I have learnt if I am gonna be available then fine, but I will not go out of my way to make myself available just cos a client feels I MUST see him. If I have something else to do or somewhere to go,I go. A regular pissed me off this week when he booked a 6.15 am booking and calls at 6 to cancel cos he cut himself shaving. What was he still doing at home at 6 if the booking was for 6.15.

It's a good idea but if that clients knows his not going to make it and perhaps loose a part of his deposit then he will have 1000s of reasons why he can't deposit

I do think they take advantage because we always make time for them
