Unfortunately, it is very addictive.
I started very slowly. Maybe 3 or 4 massages only per annum.
After ayear or so, i got massages monthly.
After a while, weekly massages.
Then after couple of years, up to 3 massages per week.
Then FH around 3 times per week.
I have cut back now to 1 or 2 massage/FH per week. Sometimes it is not hard to stay away, but often it is.
So dont get fooled, it slowly but surely sucks you in. Dont start!

I also only signed up here so I could read the reviews easily for more of an annual punt. Then came a time where I punted daily for a month. That was a nice holiday I didn't have and most of them were bad, hence kept looking for a better fix. Typical addiction.
