Mmmm depends, where and how

A man with the ability to be authoritative and firm but not in a dominating manner rather gentle in his approaches.
The ability to be a leader not a boss, unselfish in his decisions and not self centered in his own benefits, therefore keeps in mind the emotions and implications the decisions could have on those it affects and not just the benefit for himself.
A man who has practised a good attitude towards life and others as a part of his being rather just pretend in a crowd.
A guy who knows how to encourage without braking down, taking over or pushing you away.

IOW juicy, personally, I don't mind the size of the dick, the looks or even age, rather practice and worry about the size in your skill in life and start gymming that attitude towards others.

Original List : age (20 something)

1. Handsome

4. A caring listener
5. Witty
6. In good shape
7. Dresses with style

Revised List (age 30 Something)

1. Nice looking
2. Opens car doors, holds chairs
3. Has enough money for a nice dinner
4. Listens more than talks
5. Laughs at her jokes
6. Carries bags of groceries with ease
7. Owns at least one tie
8. Appreciates a good home-cooked meal
9. Remembers birthdays and anniversaries

Revised List (age 40 Something)

1. Not too ugly
2. Doesn't drive off until she'm in the car
3. Works steadily -- splurges on dinner out occasionally
4. Nods head when She talking to him
5. Usually remembers punch lines of jokes
6. Is in good enough shape to rearrange the furniture
7. Wears a shirt that covers his stomach
8. Knows not to buy champagne with screw-top lids
9. Remembers to put the toilet seat down
10. Shaves most weekends

Revised List (age 50 something)

1. Keeps hair in nose and ears trimmed
2. Doesn't belch or scratch in public
3. Can cook a BBQ
4. Doesn't re-tell the same joke too many times

2. Remembers where he has put things
3. Can still drive without causing chaos on the road
4. Only snores lightly when asleep

8. Doesn't notice her facial hair and wrinkles
9. Remembers where he left his teeth
10. Stops trying to tell jokes

Revised List (age 70 and older)

1. Breathing.
2. Doesn't miss the toilet.
3. Remembers where they both live.
