What are your feeling about boob jobs. In the Purple World there are loads of SP's that have boob jobs of various degrees. Under the right clothes, and with the right bra they look amazing. But on my word, when the clothes come off, some of them look horrendous.
Some nipples look as if they were ripped off, and haphazardly sown back into almost the right positions. Not to mention the new shape of the nipple created by the surgeon as well as the boobs not quite sitting in the right position. And the scars just never seem to go away. Bright pink scar tissue visible after recent surgery, and those faint scar marks that stay behind forever, even after months and years.
Every time the SP changes body position, especially when she is on her hands and knees, those things just seem to have a mind of there own, and take on a different shape and position in the cavity the silicone filled bags have been stitched into.
I am sure you get what you pay for, but in the long run, is it actually worth it.

Personally, i dont like implants. Agree that it looks nice------until the clothes come off. And the feeling ---- nope not for me.

I am a big boob lover, but rather tiny boobs than plastic boobs. But that's just me. I am sure many others love implants.

Fake boobs are not my cup of tea. Covered up, they can look amazing, but once exposed, they can look really horrible. And they feel unnatural, but what more can you expect from something unnatural.
As Mxxx, I am a lover of natural boobs. Be it big or small. The feeling of the fake stuff is just so disappointing when you play with them.
As for the scars, they are always there not matter what the girl try after surgery.
Give me the real thing above two Tupperware containers any day.

I prefer implants over natural because I love bigger boobs (DD & larger) problem with natural big boobs once the ladies take off the bra, "generally" they sag to her belly button & that's a a major turn off.

TheKingreturns i think its time i get that boob job lol.... for now im happy with my saggy DD boobies...

Chasidy, there is nothing wrong with your boibs, I like it like it is

Every punter has his own preferences when it comes to boobs, feet, bums etc.

The problem is that all ladies should list if they have had a boob job, regardless of whether its a reduction or implants, or if they have natural boobs.

Ladies think of it this way, rather than trying to hide the fact that you have had work done, rather advertise it.
There are punters that are looking for big fake boobs, lifted boobs, reduced boobs, small boobs etc.

Why not try and attract the customers that are looking for your assets, impress them and keep these customers as regulars.

The alternative is the guy that arrives expecting one thing and getting another. Has a horrible session, leaves disappointed, writes a bad review and puts off other punters.

Just my 2c worth, but I would like to be able to search for ladies by boob size and if they have or have not had work done.

I personally find implanted boob jobs totally off-putting and certainly would steer clear of WG's with known silicone implants, it feels like you are playing with Mochi Squishy toys. Viva the "au natural" any time......

It's a personal choice... You either like it or not. After I lost 50kg, I also lost all my breast tissue and it made me feel ugly. I just had to do my breasts and I don't regret it one day. The doc did my implants at the back of the muscles which make it look and feel natural... Best choice I've ever made and money well spend. I'm in love with my 2 puppies!!! Hehehehe

Irrespective of size, shape or nipple size, for me a natural boob is just so much better than a fake one.
it is my personal preference though and i am not condemning those who have implants
