I suffer from severe depression and anxiety. Any women here that practices Wicca or something similar that could help relieve my symptoms? I know this is a weird request, so please, no snotty comments. I'm at my wit's end and contemplating suicide. Every morning I have to think of a reason not to end it all, and the only reason I don't is because it would take too much energy.

You should be looking for a psychiatrist, not a prostitute.

Dear Sniper-viper,

I'm so sorry to hear about your condition!
Depressions/Anxiety could be the result of many medical conditions and to investigate the true cause is the first step of your medical treatment.
Once you are on the correct treatment from your doctor then we can add alternative therapies.

Wicca/Reiki/hands on healing can help the medical treatment work faster but you need them to work hand in hand .

It's the same as going for tapping solutions treatments and Reflexology they work hand in hand with medicine for depression.

I offer all of the above and you are welcome to contact me and we can work together with medicine to heal your life.

Regards

Shelley

The reason they go "hand in hand" is because alternative treatments by themselves do absolutely nothing.

This man needs a doctor to prescribe him dopamine and serotonin before he self-prescribe a bullet.

@sniper

This is the worst website you could possibly be visiting. In here you will only find two kinds of people: rich men who fuck three new ladies every week and spent punting in one month more money than you have saved in all your life; and pretty girls who make lots of money by fucking in one day what you cannot fuck in one year.

Wasting your time in these purple pages will only make your depression deeper.

@ sniper. I know exactly how you feel. Horrible place to be, and I get why you turned to this forum.

To be clear, he did say that it was to help relieve the symptoms, and by that (to me anyway) he is looking for a supplement to his normal medication. So, Shelley has it spot on.
This is not a bad place to look, as there are many trained therapists in this environment.
Everything feels like a massive effort, so, not a bad idea to combine a possible relieving of symptoms, with some energy giving fun.
It works for me

I think your advice is irresponsible, but this is not the place to argue (we might debate some other day in some other thread).

I will leave this thread by quoting Richard Dawkins:

"Alternative medicine does not work. When alternative medicine works, it is called medicine."

Hi fanesa. I am merely giving him the "benefit" of my experience, as I am in a similar predicament to him. This is a forum, a place for discussion. Irresponsible? Maybe in your opinion, not in mine.
Have you ever walked in his shoes? Neither have I, but my shoes seem to be a similar size and style to his

Consult with a therapist who specialises in cognitive behaviour therapy. If you are in Joburg there are a couple of specialists in Sandton. You can Google and find the details. It has made a major difference to a couple of people I know who were suffering from depression.
