I was on a trip recently to a rural town that's well known for it's natural minerals.
Whilst there I met a guy and to cut a long story short they mine raw gold and basically I would like to know is there a market for such and how can I contact processors or buyers of such gold.

Dubai is the place. There are credible buyers there.

I hear you, but how will I get the gold past the RSA border into the Dubai.
I'm sure I will be on an episode of Banged Up Abroad. Was ideally looking for local buyers. Or at least within Africa

You do need a mining lisence. Without it, it will be seen as illigal.

Get a liscence and comply with legislation or have bribery fees in abundance if u are gonna try it. Be aware of consequences.
