The vast majority of my clients then and also now, are not Gold members and most do not even have basic Esa membership. I have been back on Esa for 11 months now. I do not have a single review or rating on my new profile since I have been back, yet I have been doing very well and I am busy on most days.
Moral of the story? Little Stars are not needed to be successful in this business and is not necessarily a reflection of popularity nor service excellence. Good service, professionalism and consistency, is the ultimate deciding factor in success or failure......
