Even more. There are 589 girls available in JHB and 164 for massage.

Maybe one of the mentioned.
It's not all the time that girls go on available because they are necessarily available now. Sometimes it's a matter of wanting to be visible to take appointments for later maybe.
Some girls don't work every day and they would like to be visible to so that they favourites can see they are working. You said it yourself, there's too many girls as it is so we don't expect men to browse every profile to get to ours but the available page works better.
