This is not a "new law for SA."
Some people want it, that's all.
btw this law has been in Sweden since 1999.
Unemployment in Sweden is about 6%, in SA it's about 30%.
In Sweden, police corruption is almost zero.
In SA, police corruption, well.....let's not even discuss that.

'Imagine' if the demand dropped more if this law was implemented! Ladies begging at traffic lights and our so called degradation getting worse because we will have to fuck men for a loaf of bread instead!
