Yes - but if you don't believe me just phone?

If any other business advertises it's hours as 9 to 5, do you still expect them to accommodate you at 5?

I understand the frustration of the 'till late'?

But it's equally frustrating to get someone phoning me at 6.30am on a Sunday morning? (it's my one day I get to sleep in) Or at 2am, 3am or some friggen ridiculous hour, on any given day, as I clearly advertise my hours of availability.
