Dear ESA.
I am looking for one or two bedrooms apartment or hotel apartment to work from, INDEPENDENTLY and by MYSELF in Sandton morningside.
At this stage preferably furnished.
The type of apartment I find suitable for me and the way I set my encounters is similar to those at the 20 West Hotel or the Capital Hydropark in Grayston drive.
At the moment I CAN NOT have another residential property nor commercial or business on my name, whether is to rent or buy.
Hence daily or month by month rent is my only choice for now.
The monthly rental of those type of self-catering apartments I am referring to, go for about 13,000 - 15,000 rand monthly, all which is ABSOLUTELY PERFECT for me but they are tied up to a long lease of 6 months to 1 year with the whole usual credit check, proof of employment etc.
But renting it on daily bases I will be paying R33,000 having to make the payments weekly.
THIS IS SUICIDE FOR ME!
There is no way my
ESCORT-NOMICS make any sense this way!
PLEASE, any FORUM-MEMBER that can provide me with MONTHLY accomodation in an upmarket 1 bedroom apartment in Sandton, preferably furnished, contact me through ESA 's PM (private message)
Love always
Valentina Dibella.

Supposedly making R100K a month from the grazia magazine interview but 33K rent is a problem? Something is fishy about this whole thing....
I will sit back and await the long explanation that will ensue after this two liner of mine.

What's fishy? Why pay double the rate when you know the market price is half. Saving R16k is a lot every month.

Uuh what's fishy about it?? 33k is a lot to pay for a workplace when you can pay half the price or even less for a 2 bedroom apartment...

CozyHaven
I've read the article and still have the magazine. Two extracts from it, read as follows:
1. "...I earn up to R100 000 a month..."
2. "...I can make anywhere from R40 000 to R100 000 a month..."
I agree with Valentina. For her to commit herself to R33 000 per month is financial suicide. She can't guarantee earings of R100 000 every month. Besides, she's been off work for a while. It'll take her a while to get back to where she was. Yes, she's the legendary Valentina, so she'll get there sooner, rather than later. Cut her some slack.
Also, for a two bedroomed apartment, R13 000 to R15 000, per month, isn't a bad rental to earn for a lessor. She shouldn't have to pay more than the going market rate.
Valentina
If I had a property to rent to you my dear, I would gladly help you out. The punting community is an even better place with you in it.
Best wishes my dear
Kisses

Hello...
The article at Grazia said:
I CAN, as an escort make anything between 40K and 100K and so CAN any other escort in SA.
IT DOESN'T SAY that this is what I ACTUALLY MAKE,
neither it gives away the EXACT AMOUNT I earn between that 40K and 100K
But Cozyhaven, you are NOT new to this forum and you have shown to have read substantially if NOT everything about me here....
YOU and every TOM here Know my exact FEES.
YOU and every TOM here know that I ONLY see 1 or 2 clients a day.
DO THE MATHS..
That's how my business is set and operates and of course to pay 33000 rand monthly is insane.
When I have had, for whatever
reasons, take on more than my usual, then the numbers have grown like compound interest investment...
Anyway..
I am looking for 1 bedroom self-catering apartment, furnished, in Sandton that requires no lease or proof of employment or bank statements, and that doesn't charge HOTEL'S daily rates.
where the owner knows what business I will be running from the premises (hence I reach to ask on this forum)
Am willing to pay well over the normal prices of such apartments for the obvious reason:
-I will be escorting from such apartment.
-No signing lease.
BUT the usual hotel rates 30000 - 45000 monthly I won't pay.
Simple.
Is this answer too short?...too long?...too vague?
Do you like the answer?
No?
Ok...
Wink.
All my love.

Valentina
It will not matter if the answer is too short? ...too long? ...too vague?
You will always initiate a response, from a person who .... does understand! ... does not understand! .. does not want to understand!
Wish I could help you
Wishing you all the best ...
