From what I read the target or intended recipients is white/Indian wg's. I have on about 3 occasions been told by white wg's that they don't mess with African brothers and the reasons I got from 2 was that it will not be good for business if white clients/punters found out that she gave it to a brother and the second wg said she had a bad experience meaning that the dick she saw traumatized her. Well T is not trying to stir up some racial sh*t, he just wants to know if he can or will be able to poke some Caucasian flesh. I don't think that's racist.
