First off, she has really bad skin on her face which is not visible from her profile photos. So if you don't like acne then I recommend giving her a miss. Its that bad!

Secondly she is a scam artist of note! If you book for 30 minutes she will only give you 20 which was not enough time. Then she will say you can come back later for free to 'finish' up but when you get back she will tell you that you have to book her again if you want to finish which is bullshit. When I went back I decided on a double with her and another lady but when we were in the room she got dressed before I had a chance with her! Be careful of this one, she is a con artist.

Also, don't let her know that you have snarf because she will finish it all!

HOE has an actual Management Team so why Not candidly reference your concern / complaint with them ???

Is this really the correct way to follow up with a bad experience in the case of HOE ??? Yes with a Lady working on their own I would agree --BUT --

Why is it that we have never had a complaint of this nature previously -- she has been at HOE about 6 Months ???

jadams_za -- OOPS is All I can say --I saw Dakota & Pretoria east -- i assumed it was the Dakota at HOE --Not the case It is the Dakota at Selecto who used to worked at HOE under the name Stacey & yes she does have very bad acne --for the rest of what was stated No Comment --

Just wanted to set the record straight & apologize --SORRY

Selecto initially decided not to respond to such a ridiculous comment, such as the one posted by jadams_za on 13/10/2012 regarding Dakota, but we feel a remark is required.

Our view from the complaint is that the client required services not rendered by Selecto and/or any of its therapists.
In the event that there is shred of truth in this comment we find it very strange that it was not discussed with the management team at Selecto, which was available on this specific Friday of the related incident, however a strong negative view is posted on the forum instead of discussing the matter with management if one was that unhappy.

A further peculiar is that the client on the same day had an earlier engagement with Dakota and returned hours later and re-booked the same therapist.

We do detect a sour smell it might even be a dead rat - who knows? (Q – That’s for you)

I will make a point of booking this young lady with the intention of clarifying the level of service delivered by her and of course post an honest review.
