So here is the idea...
We pay a bit more but the extra money goes towards the ESA charities that they support
The ladies R100 goes straight to charity

Not sure I follow. Do I pay the lady Rx and send R100 to Esa?
Or do I pay her Rx +R100 and then she pays over?

NO, you pay the normal fee (it will be a bit more)
The ladies fees stay the same - just not refundable as it will also go to charity

Lets just help the unfortunate - as ESA has been doing for years
They can send you a link of all the charities that they support

Maybe not tell before hand the charities and the guys and ladies can draw names of charities out a hat the afternoon of social to pick top 3 charities that ESA will split the donations between ?
It would ad an element of fun to the social,the actual drawing of the winning charities and also knowing how much had been collected and donated to each ;)
Can even hold a R10/20 raffle on the day people guessing the winning charity and the amount.. who ever is right with name and closest with amount can win the raffle money or a bottle of something;)
