Hi guys. Well, I need to invest in property and Edenvale is the perfect spot.

What I do not know: Where is the best area to invest in at Edenvale.
I really need your help here badly guys, please.

More info: I can only afford a loan in the range of 1mil to 1.3mil. (R1000000 to R1300000).
Where ever I buy, I would like to know that the area has possibilities to grow and not just moving backwards.
I want a house. Small is oky, cos it can be made bigger as extra money comes available. I want a house as I do see a very weak future for townhouses (I do believe they would follow the same path flats did, take Sunny Side as example).

Please do help guys. Where can I make the best investment in Edenvale?

Dowerglen, Hurleyvale, Edenglen
Avoid eastleigh and illiondale and the avenues (crime rates are high)

If I were u I'd buy next to celest place so at night I'd be able to sneak out into their place just a thought

Make sure you check the title deeds for any town planning restrictions.
