Not unusual. Do you have categories for the "accomplishments" ie. hard poo, watery, log etc ?

Its not unusual and it should be done.
It indicates a lot of health issues. Unknowingly if you have blood streaks in your poo, or you have a lot of undigested food bits. It can alert you for proper medical advice.

As uwillwantme says it can tell alot about your health. Blood in poo is something you need to get checked immediately. Occasionally though dropping log amazes me. It tells me how full of kak I am hehe
