I think the idea of a private and discrete venue is an excellent idea. It has always been a problem for me in the past visiting hoe. Felt very uncomfortable walking through to the rooms.
From what I understand, we will still need to use the main hoe entrance, then walk through hoe to get to the 'separate' venue.??
or is there a completely new entrance ??

You can do everything through the back and go to the next door venue that can also work. Nobody will see you.
